A simple protein shake recipe taken from the book "Muscle Chow" by Gregg Avedon:
Ingredients:
2 cups (16 oz) cold water
1.5 - 2 scoops of protein powder
1 tblspoon lecithin granules
1 teaspoon L-glutamine powder
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 16 oz bottle.
2. Shake well.
3. Drink.
